Swag
My roommate just told everyone in my house that “swag” originated in the 60s as a way for soldiers to say “secretly we are gay” and I KNOW that is something that the internet made up, but I can’t find a good website to deny it. All I can find is the fact that the only websites that claim it are like facebook groups, tumblr, twitter, and 9gag.
Which to any reasonable person would be enough to realize that the internet made it up.
But not for her.
She insists it’s true.
Anyone got any evidence to support me?
